Prior to Picture Day (Parents & Students)
You will receive a text message and or a email and a payment envelope from your coach or league director. Click on the link or use the QR Code on the envelope to access the
picture day registration page.
Complete the registration page and select your photography package.
Pay Online or get your payment ready for picture day. You can send cash or check in your payment envelope or pay with credit card on photo day.

Prior to Picture Day (Parents & Students)
Make sure you have pre-registered online if you haven't, please visit the
picture day registration page.
Arrive at the shoot location 15 mins prior to your teams scheduled time.
Dress in full uniform prior to your teams start time and make sure you are groomed properly for pictures.
When to Expect Pictures
If you ordered a digital file delivered via email they are typically delivered within 24 hrs. of the photoshoot.
Printed orders will typlically arrive in 3 business days. It may take a couple of more days for us to deliver the pictures to the school or league.
Prints can take longer if the organization has schedule a make-up day.
